Meg Dimma is a marketing professional holding an undergraduate degree from UVIC (University of Victoria) in Hispanic Studies and a diploma from BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) in Marketing Management.

Meg's professional interests include marketing, design, innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and community. In 2015 Meg began working with the OSNS (Okanagan Similkameen Neurological Society) Child & Youth Development Centre in Penticton as an independent contractor. The outdated brand presented a gap between the services offered and community perception. In order to tackle the issue, Meg led the organization through a complete brand overhaul. The rebrand included: logo, website, colours, fonts and photography. Later, Meg joined the team full-time to further develop the organization through the art of storytelling and personalization shifting the brand perception from clinical and stale to vibrant and genuine. This strategy boosted brand identity which led to organizational growth and a series of new community partnerships. Over her five-year involvement the organization grew substantially in size and revenue. In 2019 Meg initiated and managed a brand-new fundraiser which generated over $100,000 in one day, the largest fundraiser in the organization's 40-year history.

In 2016, Meg was the digital marketing and sales manager at Swagman, a North American bike mount company. She handled the product photography, search engine optimization strategy and content writing. Her proactive interpersonal skills strengthened a partnership with Amazon leading to a 78% growth in sales in the year 2016-2017.

In addition to her work experience with the two above organizations, Meg has also been an entrepreneur with two business, one of which she recently sold out to her business partner after a 6 year run. Meg reaches for results and brings with her a passion for people, communication, brand consistency and a keen eye for design to the projects she manages.

At Centre For Digital Media Meg is elevating her skills as a project manager while keeping her finger on the pulse of the latest trends in technology. She aspires to use her skills, experience and knowledge to create impactful solutions through digital innovations that will build a healthier future.
