Zhuoyun Wei worked as a DevOps after completing his undergraduate study. He taught himself how to program and left his footprints in multiple FinTech companies. He had experience in orchestrating hundreds of nodes and CI/CD systems. He enjoyed the beauty of the process of bits of elegant code running through compilers, turning into compact artifacts, flowing through sophisticated pipelines and deploying into blinking servers.
After the FinTech start-up that Zhuoyun and his friends founded fell apart, he decided to join the MDM program and embrace a wider world. In the MDM program, Zhuoyun not only honed his backend skills but also participated in several frontend projects. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, he made museum installations, websites, and games with Unity, Django, RPG Maker, Phaser, and so on.
Zhuoyun believes that the MDM program helps him to become not only a competent full-stack programmer, but also a better team player.
