Digital scholarships created
VANCOUVER -- The Masters of Digital Media Program will award $20,000 each to two students who enter the new program in September. The scholarships will be based on extraordinary merit, one in the field of computer graphics and animation, and the other in the field of computer programming and engineering. The new master's program at the Great Northern Way Campus is a partnership between the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
