Industry visionary Don Mattrick and Centre for Digital Media's Director of Business Development, Jeannette Kopak, endorsed the nomination put forth by Centre for Digital Media's Director of Industry Relations, Dennis Chenard. The nomination was further supported by testimonials from a variety of industry stakeholders who recognize the impact Dr. Sinclair has had and will continue to have on the digital media industry.
"I have known Gerri for many years and have always been extremely impressed with her drive and enthusiastic approach to whatever she is advocating," said Don Mattrick, currently the Senior Vice President, Interactive Entertainment Business, Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft.
