Luan is a front-end developer and designer with great passion for traditional culture.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree of Advertising from South China University of Technology. During internship, he served in ‘Bike-Guangzhou’ (NGO) as a graphic designer, but felt he needed to know more about the entire process of advertising. This led him to become an account executive in CC&E (a 4A advertising company) where he gained practical experience in image building, online promotion as well as long-term strategic publicity of a brand. Later, to better understand about traditional culture and methods to promote it, he joined ‘Better Women Better World’ which is a social enterprise, as well as a pioneered disseminator of traditional Chinese culture.
In MDM, Luan hopes to further specialise his skills in web & iOS development, and acquire more multi-media techniques, to learn how to integrate traditional values into modern life through design.
