With the hope of being a professional user experience designer, Rongna has always worked hard in Intelligent Devices Design, Human-Computer Interaction(HCI) and other design-related fields. She holds a bachelor degree in New Media in Sun Yet-sen University in China, and participated in several digital projects during her internship. She can not only conduct user study skillfully and professionally, but also uses different design software for graphic design, animation and filmmaking.
In the MDM program, she expects to develop better communication, time-management and technical skills. In the meanwhile, she wants to deepen her understanding of people's needs so that she can make her work more user-friendly.
