Zonglin (Mark) Li | student
Mark graduated from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (International Business and Global Management) along with a second major in computer science. During his time at HKU, Mark competed in business case competitions with his teammates, while also pulling all-nighters participating in online game jams in his free time. Having an entrepreneurial mindset while also being a gear-head allows him to see this world through different lenses and gave him the empathy needed to bond with people from different disciplines.
Following his passion in technology and the games industry, Mark joint the Master of Digital Media (MDM) program to transform himself from a business school graduate to a business professional in the emerging industry of digital media. Mark is interested in learning about ways to empower cross-functional teams through better management practices so that they can build meaningful experiences for users all around the world. He also taught himself how to use Unity and programming game logics in C#, and he is learning Blender so that he can support his teams when it comes to prototyping and iteration.
After graduation, Mark is hoping to undertake project management roles in studios, publishers or other tech companies. He is excited about the adventure that awaits him in this vibrant and diverse field!
