Position Type: Full time; Non-Management
Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 annually + benefits including a 10% wage stipend in lieu of pension benefits
Location: onsite, Vancouver
Experience: 1-2 years, diploma required

The Centre for Digital Media is a partnership of four leading academic institutions: UBC, SFU, ECU, BCIT. CDM provides high quality post-graduate education in the field of digital media, including its internationally renowned Master of Digital Media program. Part of the up-and-coming Creative District in Vancouver, the CDM is dedicated to building access to digital futures.

CDM is seeking an adaptable and dependable IT Support person. IT Support is the go-to person for IT and AV questions from students, faculty, staff and guests. They face questions ranging from fixing a projector to how to deploy an app to a local or cloud virtualization platform, how to run a LLM, or guidance with AR/VR application builds. The role will manage inventory, supports cybersecurity initiatives, and assist with the campus network. They will be creative in finding solutions and building ongoing user supports. Key strengths for a successful IT Support person are organization, problem solving and help desk experience. This is a role that can grow with your career goals!
