Kafka’s Coffee Roasting and Bakery
Offers a full range of mouth-watering pastries and breads, as well as lunch and all-day breakfast items. The café is fully licensed, and guests have access to a sun-soaked patio year-round.
Bike Storage and Mobi Station
For those who travel to CDM by bike, we offer a secure 24/7 bike lock-up in CDM 577. There’s also a Mobi bike-share station located on the Carolina Street side of CDM 577. The region-wide Central Valley Greenway runs in front of CDM along Great Northern Way, and follows the Expo and Millennium SkyTrain lines, running from False Creek through Burnaby, and along the Fraser River in New Westminster.
Classrooms
The two classrooms are media enabled with full audio and video support wired in. Each classroom has four writeable walls and can be combined into one large classroom to increase capacity.
Student-Centred Learning Spaces and Project Rooms
Students can access to purpose-designed collaboration spaces and project room. These offer students an opportunity to work together, hold meetings, and collaborate with clients.
