Sacred Workplaces is a consulting firm founded by Carrie Lamb, a member of Sayisi Dene First Nation, dedicated to transforming organizational cultures through Indigenous cultural safety and decolonial HR practices.

We guide organizations to dismantle systemic barriers and embed the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) into their core operations, aligning with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
