Vincy Kwong is a digital media leader, advisor, and educator. As a Master of Digital Media alumna, she brings first-hand experience from the program’s unique collaborative ecosystem, blending rigorous industry-tested methodologies with student-centered mentorship to help emerging professionals master complex project dynamics and cross-disciplinary teamwork.
Vincy’s career spans studio operations, project and product management, interactive gaming, and venture capital. She has led production pipelines and product strategy across tech and gaming, co-founded startups, and served as a Venture Partner coaching early-stage founders on product validation, commercialization, team scaling, and fundraising.
As a mentor and educator, Vincy is dedicated to coaching students and young professionals across project management, design thinking, operations, entrepreneurship, and career advancement. Her deep connection to the CDM community spans years of hiring, collaborating with, and investing in MDM alumni. In her teaching, she focuses on delivering practical operational frameworks that empower interdisciplinary teams to manage scope, optimize pipelines, and apply a lean, product-driven mindset to transform ambitious concepts into scalable digital experiences.
