Wil Arndt

Wil, principal of Vancouver digital agency mod7 (www.mod7.com), has over 16 years experience in the visual design field. He believes in the power of design, interactivity and gameplay to foster positive individual and social change. His work for clients such as CTV, EA, Sony, Dr Pepper, The World Bank, and the Government of Canada has been recognized through internationally-acclaimed awards, and in books, magazines, and at film festivals. His Emily Carr senior project was screened at the 5th International Festival for Architecture in Video in Italy, and published in the 2000 HOW Interactive Design Annual.

Wil has a Bachelor of Communication Design degree from the Emily Carr University of Art & Design (Emily Carr Institute, 1999), four years of architectural training from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has garnered numerous awards and industry accolades including recognition in Applied Arts, USA Today, Computer Arts, the Washington Post, Communication Arts, SXSW, Flash Forward and the Art Directors Club.
