Conrad is a very talented 3D Artist and Texture Specialist, who loves working on a team and making art with computers. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts from Emily Carr University. After working for a few years as a graphic designer, Conrad taught himself digital media tools and developed expertise in constructing, unwrapping, sculpting, texturing and rendering digital environments. He also worked for two years as an English teacher in Japan, where he discovered his joy in teaching.
Conrad is particularly passionate about creating physically based procedural textures for games. His work involves gathering references and materials from more traditional art practices and merging them with digital tools.
