I first studied Cognitive Science at Simon Fraser University, where I volunteered as a research assistant for the SFU Cognitive Science Lab to investigate how technology can best support human learning patterns. After graduating with a BA, I worked in the language assessment field for 2 years, using my psychology and statistics knowledge to develop standardized test contents. Seeing the undeniable impact of tech on every facet of the world, I returned to SFU to study for a Bsc in Computing Science. While my career goals revolve around computer vision and machine learning, I’ve never forgotten my passion for game design, and I simply could not pass up the opportunity to work with CDM.
