Executive Assistant

Position Type: Full time, regular
Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 
Location: onsite, Vancouver
Experience: 3+ years, diploma required. 

Centre for Digital Media (CDM) is a partnership of four leading academic institutions: UBC, SFU, ECU, and BCIT. CDM provides high quality post-graduate education in the field of digital media, including its internationally renowned Master of Digital Media program. Part of the up-and-coming Creative District in Vancouver, CDM is dedicated to building access to digital futures.

CDM is seeking an organized administrative professional to be the Executive Assistant. The EA provides confidential and tailored administrative support to the senior leadership team. Key duties include calendar management, meeting organization and management, presentation and report drafting and event support. Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skill sets are vital competencies for this role. Providing confidential administrative support to the Managing Director, the Executive Assistant may provide additional support to the Director of Finance and Property, the Director of Programs and Innovation, and the Board of Directors.
