How It Works
We partner with organizations to tackle real-world challenges through a structured 12-week project guided by faculty subject matter experts and a diverse team of graduate students. Each project follows industry-standard development processes; ensuring actionable results for your organization while giving students hands-on experience tackling industry challenges.

Submit A Project
- Book a Consultation: Email us and we will connect to learn more about your project idea.
- Submit Your Application by:
- October 31: Spring Term Project (January–April)
- February 28: Summer Term Project (May–August)
- Review: We will review all proposals and notify you if your project is accepted, pending review, or deferred to the next intake.
- Matching: Accepted projects are paired with a custom-built student team and assigned a faculty supervisor.
- Project Kick-Off: Student teams connect with clients to officially launch the project at the start of the term.
