Funding Opportunities

Submit A Project

  1. Book a Consultation: Email us and we will connect to learn more about your project idea.
  2. Submit Your Application by:
    • October 31: Spring Term Project (January–April)
    • February 28: Summer Term Project (May–August)
  3. Review: We will review all proposals and notify you if your project is accepted, pending review, or deferred to the next intake.
  4. Matching: Accepted projects are paired with a custom-built student team and assigned a faculty supervisor.
  5. Project Kick-Off: Student teams connect with clients to officially launch the project at the start of the term.
