Ryan Smith is CEO at Smith Horn Group, Founder of Skillsmith, Sr. Partner at 021:Shift, a faculty member at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, as well as the Centre for Digital Media. He's an x-Shopify Product Lead, previously founded a deep learning company, Digital Animal, and holds a US patent in computer vision. Ryan holds a physics degree from UVic and an MBA from UBC. He teaches product builders how to become hands-on using agentic AI workflows.
