Bony enrolled at the SRM University for her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science after having scored the highest grades in her qualifying exam in her region. While in college, she organized national-level university tech-fests and various symposiums. She was also the recipient of an academic scholarship.
She has more than two years of IT-industry experience in web development with agile methodology at Cognizant Technology Solutions. During her tenure at Cognizant, she was the recipient of ‘Diamond in the Rough' and ‘Phoenix' award for her dedication and technical abilities while working for clients like Gordon Food Services and British Gas.
She is a trained artist and an avid cinema lover. Her passion led her to the Master of Digital Media program. This program has trained her in creative collaboration and has given her an opportunity to redefine herself as a human centric designer. During her fall term, she was the prototype developer for the mobile application prototype created for the Pacific News Group. The following term, she assumed the role of 'Technical Lead and UX Designer' of a mobile application prototype for the client Zeros2Heroes. She is a “Jam” enthusiast who has participated in the Global Game Jam as well as the Hacking Health event. Currently, she is the 'Technical Lead and UX Designer' of the team developing a web application that facilitates collaborative innovation.
Equipped with the technical know-how and the design expertise in this segment, she is looking forward to collaborate in a dynamic and creative environment.
