The vision transformed into innovate@HSBC, a highly interactive two day event organized by the innovate@HSBC global team. The events travel across the group annually to promote employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation. Participants of the events are employees from various areas of the bank, forming a diverse pool of expertise. The participants of the events proof out solutions for efficiency gains, sustainability, streamlining, and creative innovation for the bank.
