Allyson Zhong is an architectural designer who holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a master degree in Architectural Design and Technology from the National University of Singapore.
Throughout her education, she has gained various scholarships and awards, such as the Building and Construction Authority Industrial Scholarship and Dean's List Award. Her design projects were showcased in City X Exhibition in Singapore for two consecutive years.
During her professional practice in DP Architects, she was entrusted to design and manage a wide range of architectural projects including residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use developments. Some of the projects she was involved in include Master Plan of BMW Headquarter in Germany, Mall of Dilmunia in Bahrain, and Newest Mixed-use Development in Singapore. Her job scope covers design, digital model making, authority submissions, and project management.
In her spare time, she also works as a freelance graphic designer for various organizations and events, such as Houston International Film Festival and Car Free Day Vancouver.
Her goal with the MDM program is to become a well-rounded digital media professional by learning cutting-edge technology and gaining first-hand experience from challenging industry projects. Upon graduation, she aims to advance her career in UX, UI, and game design.
