Leo Chen is a technical animator and holds a Character Animation Degree from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee.
Leo specializes in character rigging, tool and plug-in scripting. He is also skilled in modeling, lighting and rendering.
In his junior year in college, he worked as the leading character rigger on a collaborative short called Ila, which was awarded as the best short animation at the Sunrise Film Festival.
After graduation, he worked as character rigger at Magnetic Dreams Studio on several major projects such as Sesame Street and the Brave Me animation series.
With the MDM program, Leo hopes to gain more work experience and build more connection with others.
