Daniel is a digital media developer who is passionate about all aspects of technology and is endlessly curious about how things work and how they could work better. He is particularly interested in the convergence between art and technology, and the ways that both disciplines can inform each other.
Daniel did his undergraduate degree in Digital Media Development (specialized computer science) at York University in Toronto where he learned to think like an artist and an engineer.
Some of Daniel's passions and skills include: physical computing and hardware programming, game development, writing, online advertising, photography, design, web development, video editing, and various forms of creative coding.
Daniel chose the MDM program to further develop these passions and skills alongside talented and like-minded people. He hopes to expand his technical and creative skills during his time at the Centre for Digital Media, and ultimately to decide what career path would best fit his interests.
