I have 7 years+ experience of project management at Walt Disney Imagineering leading and coordinating multidisplinary teams. Currently, I am leading a UI/UX design and software engineering team at the Centre for Digital Media. My strategic planning, process refinement and stakeholders communication skills empower the team to develop an innovative app that contributes to addressing staff shortage challenges in Canadian long-term care (LTC) homes.
Patient and observant of team dynamics, I proactively remove roadblocks and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. I adeptly translate complex stakeholder expectations into actionable goals.
Outside of work, I find balance through sightseeing and hiking.
