Proficiency as a 3D Artist. Marcelo has worked instructing 3D art and technical related processes at undergraduate level and at a certification center as an official Autodesk Certified User. He had assumed the role of technical artist in later projects; identifying and tackling efficiency issues in the custom working pipelines and acting as the bridge between the art and programming areas. His skill set includes modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation using Maya and 3DS Max; programming in C#, Shell Script, MEL (Maya Embedded Language) and Python. He is also proficient in visual design, video editing, visual effects and audio production. His interests lie in trans-media IP, interactive storytelling, and new emerging technologies.
