Shiwei Song graduated from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, he has a strong interested and have developed a specialization in interaction Design, UX/UI, game design, and 3D modelling which is demonstrated by his school projects and real world projects. Throughout his undergraduate study, he gained lots of multidisciplinary knowledge and experience of the areas around art and design, including project management, coding(Html, Java, CSS, processing), and marketing.
In terms of his working experience, he worked as an illustrator and graphic designer in China Daily during the summer, and his works got published in the summer of 2017. Other than that, he had multiple internships in both Canada and China, his jobs were 3D modelling, sales representative, and digital marketing. Last year, he founded his own company in BC, Canada with other three partners, his company did some commercial projects that related to animation, graphic design, VI, and UI. As the Founder of Hey Design Studio, he have proven to be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Shiwei wants to further explore his interest in digital media as well as gain experience about the industry and any related aspects. In addition, he would love to collaborate with people who from different countries, and seek talents who want to join.
