Shurui Ren introduces herself as an interdisciplinary Designer. She enjoys the process of solving problems through design and innovating in projects. She has 4 years of experience in the art and design field and is proficient with Adobe software, with skills in video editing, 3D modeling, and building websites. Lastly, She is a humble learner and loves expanding beyond her comfort zone.
Before the MDM program, Shurui Ren graduated from NSCAD University, with a bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Design and illustration. She is passionate about product, illustration, branding, serious games, and sustainable design.
Shurui is currently doing her graduate studies and working with her MDM classmate to create interesting projects. In addition, she currently focuses on serious game design and tries to explore and advance new ways of game interaction. she loves art and design, has a strong curiosity for new things, and wants to explore the world. She wants to make people's lives and our world better through design.
