Alfred is a passionate software developer who takes pride in all his work and strives to continuously improve his craft and expand his skillset.
With a previous degree in electrical engineering at the University of Alberta and soon computer science at UBC, he has a broad understanding of both hardware and software implementations by surrounding himself with technology. He is pursuing a profession as a full stack engineer and has taken many business and entrepreneurial courses to make him a well rounded person.
In addition to his academic pursuits, he has worked as an engineer in For McMurray and as a Coop Full stack developer with a software development studio in downtown Vancouver. Primarily a Java and Javascript developer, he is currently working in three different projects including a start up for targeted retail advertisements, a learning tool for an upper level Korean class at UBC, and of course, InQlusive.
Alfred aims to improve his knowledge in UI/UX design, and develop a consistent and organized development pipeline that can be easily handed off to the client. In his free time, he loves to play dodgeball (It's actually a big thing!), snowboard, and play board games.
