Edward completed his undergraduate in Biology from the University of Toronto, he is currently completing another undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. His main focus is software development with a specialization in networking and back-end development. He started his interest in digital media when he completed UBC's Human Computer Interaction courses. Edward pursued this interest by participating in a joint program with UBC and CDM. This program provided Edward an opportunity to apply both his Biology and Computer Science interests in a start-up environment.
