Back to Courses

Interactive Rapid Prototyping (IRP) for Digital Media targets the world of gaming and online interactive media. Learners will get a small taste of what it's like to work on team based projects and develop two interactive works from ideation to final deliverable. Using the Unity Game Engine, learners will understand and practice the key concepts necessary in order to build a good design, while learning to scope, manage, and deliver their own team based projects in both supervised and unsupervised settings.

Skill development in the areas of ideation, rapid prototyping, design aesthetic, project management, scope, game engine, game mechanics, UI, etc. are linked to the Building Virtual Worlds and Game Design course taught at the Masters of Digital Media Program.
