Low Tide Properties

Low Tide is a private real estate investment, development, and management company founded in 2011 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada that buys and holds office, industrial, multifamily rental and retail properties for the long-term. They invest in emerging neighbourhoods and searches for multiple properties in each neighbourhood with the intention of owning enough space to have a meaningful impact. Low Tide immerses themselves in the neighbourhoods where they invest, and work to become part of the community.
