Revive Wellness Inc. was founded in 2006, as the only private practice dietitian firm of its kind in North America. Revive Wellness is a strong team of passionate Registered Dietitians/Nutritionists, who provide one-on-one, evidence-based nutrition counselling to individuals and corporate audiences in the Edmonton area. Together, the team creates diversity by covering a broad spectrum of expertise; from prevention to treatment, to professional sports and corporate wellness.

Having reached success with Revive Wellness, CEO Loreen Wales and the team, wanted to find a way to make wellness coaching more accessible to all; one-on-one coaching can be expensive, and the cost of individual healthcare continues to rise. Thus, My Viva Plan was born. My Viva Plan is an online wellness program that fuses three essential elements of self-care: mindfulness, nutrition, and fitness. The program helps users learn what a balanced lifestyle looks like in their lives, as the completely customized approach provides a unique experience for each user.
