Thelma is a seasoned digital strategist, educator, and project manager with over 20 years of international experience spanning Brazil and Canada. Her expertise lies at the intersection of brand strategy, agile methodologies, and human-centered design. Thelma's teaching philosophy centers on fostering collaborative, autonomous teams and integrating empathy into digital solution development.

Thelma's academic credentials include a Master's in Digital Media, an MBA in Corporate Communications, and a specialization in Neuroscience and Behaviour. This diverse educational background enriches her approach to digital media, allowing her to blend strategic thinking with insights into human behavior.

Her professional journey encompasses roles in advertising and design agencies and corporate communications, where she managed global projects across more than 20 countries. She has been instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, leading culture change initiatives, and implementing governance and risk management processes.

Thelma is a lifelong learner with a passion for emerging technologies and their impact on society. She continues to explore the evolving digital landscape, aiming to create solutions that enhance people's lives.
