Abe is a marketing and product management professional with over eight years of educational and work experience in the field. She completed her undergraduate degree in Management, with a major in Communications Technology and a minor in Enterprise Development. She earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from UBC Sauder as well as a diploma in front-end development from BCIT.
She started her digital media career in an advertising agency as an Accounts Manager in McCann Worldgroup. She had the opportunity to spearhead a myriad of projects including website development and an Augmented Reality activation. She was in charge of coordinating with clients in creating digital and traditional advertising campaigns and projects.
Her recent experiences include product and project management, user experience and front-end design. She considers herself as a creative problem-solver who embraces agile methodologies. She is passionate about developing digital media products from start to finish with continuous iterations through sprints, eventually, making ideas come to life. She believes collaborative efforts generate the best ideas.
