Background: Bachelors in International Business, Masters of Business Administration.

Anna started her career in Danone, Ukraine as a Database/Business analyst where she was responsible for a business intelligence system. She proved herself to be a problem-solver by reducing data error from 30% to 0.5% through sales database analysis and the development of a communicational channel. Working in the roles of business analyst and project manager at Danone Nutricia, Anna improved her business skill set and obtained valuable experience in business intelligence.

She then moved on to work for the Ukrainian game development company Evoplay as a business development manager. There, she conducted market researches and negotiations with potential partners, contractors and consultants.

Finally, she spent an entire year working part-time on the development of an e-sports gaming portal. She launched egamersworld.com from scratch. As an entrepreneur and project manager, Anna recruited a diverse team, prepared technical description on business requirements and managed project’s finances. Also, she coordinated and controlled product’s full development cycle.

She chose the MDM program for 3 reasons:

  • -To experience a unique study environment where she can reveal her creative potential.
  • -Receiving a Master's Degree with international reputation (it does matter for potential professional recognition)
  • -Desire to become a project manager professional through the learning of effective methods for software development management and obtaining hard skills.

Interesting fact that people don't know about her is that she is fond of yoga, psychology and their correlation! She is experimenting in this field, examining and applying knowledge from these two generous sources.
