Isabelle Rash | student
Isabelle completed her undergraduate degree in Communication and Social Science at the University of Lucerne. Her undergraduate thesis was on “Bots as Shopping Assistance on E-commerce Platforms” with Young & Rubicam (Y&R) a leading company in 360° advertisement.
Her career as project manager started at the Y&R Group Switzerland. Here, she gained detailed insight into the client services of the business unit Advico of Y&R. In addition, she took over projects on her own and independently coordinated their implementation together with the customer. Since she was more interested in the digital sector, she started working for the client services of the digital department Futurecom at Y&R.
After Y&R, Isabelle received the opportunity to support a Startup called Yelloh and assisted the development of a new tool for qualitative market research. As she was highly impressed by digital media, Yelloh gave her the chance grow from her roots and learn more about starting a business from the ground up. Since Isabelle worked in social research at Qualitest AG and took sales and marketing trainings as brand ambassador at Adidas, Isabelle was able to easily transition her role at Yelloh being responsible for various marketing activations, client services, some project management and sales.
After Isabelle’s undergrad, she decided to learn more in the digital environment and expand her knowledge in project management. As a result, she started a full-time job at OgilvyOne Worldwide a leading company in digital and direct marketing. As Project Manager, she was responsible for three enterprise customers in which she worked in online and offline advertisement projects, social media campaigns, customer meetings and presentations, time schedules, financial requirements, team coordination and problem solving.
Isabelle chose the Master of Digital Media (MDM) program to learn how be proficient in building, managing, and leading digital media projects. In addition, Isabelle chose the MDM program in hopes to gain insight in various disciplines such as programming and design in order to successfully oversee a project.
