Lara has worked in media related industries since her first working day, from magazines, publishers, proto-websites, game websites and game developers. 

She has huge passion for communication and technology therefore she turns those into the capability of marketing (on/off line) and business development in the digital media field. During her career, she had developed and led a project of online payment systems for games and online services to acquire revenue from global users. This project included technology, systemic development, communication, banking law, tax law and cross culture business strategy development as she was the project developer and manager. This project had partnered with Facebook and Visa as the Asian markets are popular extending targets to most digital businesses.

Lara is also experienced in B2B and B2C marketing and sales and has held many annul internal training programs for sales, communication, customer service, KPI and team building.
