Mika is passionate about digital marketing and UX design. She completed her master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design in New York.
During her last internship at a newly established bank in Puerto Rico, she acted as creative director for all branding initiatives and developed her skills in web design and UX design. She has also worked as a design strategist by involving many projects to improve people’s daily activities through design research and business model innovations.
At CDM, she aims to polish her design skills and practices to become a better project manager. She believes that the art of interpersonal skills, vision of strategic design, and communication skills are all critical ingredients for a successful project.
