Patricia or “Pat” is a Marketing Management graduate at De La Salle University Manila and has had the opportunity to expand her learning through a semester abroad at IESEG School of Management in Lille, France. She brings with her over 10 years of retail and consumer goods experience from Unilever Philippines in sales, marketing, customer management, and digital commerce.
“To win not just for myself but for others” is her life purpose. Pat is fueled by her passion in tackling challenges and consumer love. After the program, she wants to achieve her immediate goal to become a leader in pioneering and leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to increase customer engagement and loyalty in e-commerce companies. Pat’s interests and goals also include deepening and heavily involving herself in UI/UX and scrum and Agile methodologies.
Patricia’s recent milestones at Unilever in the digital space include the creation and deployment of a pandemic and future-proof digital commerce channel strategy, launch of new revenue streams such as instant commerce (i.e., Grab and Food Panda), building of community stores through Facebook, and launch of “Loopy”— the first subscription model in the Philippines.
Outside of the program, you will find her under the sun training for a half-Ironman, running a marathon, hiking a mountain, traveling or cooking.
