As a Computing Science graduate from Simon Fraser University, I have built a strong foundation not only in full-stack software development but also in multimedia, project management, and UX/UI. My journey has taken me from hands-on prototyping with tools like 3D printers and Arduino to developing map-based software for the Canadian Space Agency and BGC Engineering. I find it rewarding to collaborate directly with clients, understand their needs, and build creative solutions. I am particularly drawn to projects where I can focus directly on high-level software design and user experiences. In my free time, I love engaging with astronomy and being able to apply my skills to related industries.
I joined the Centre for Digital Media this term to explore new and evolving problem spaces. CDM presented itself as an excellent opportunity for hands-on experiences with Extended Reality, an emerging technology filled with intriguing and unsolved challenges.
