Lydia Chen has worked as a technical writer and business analyst for multinational telecommunications hardware and software companies. While studying at SFU in 2001, she was inspired by a science-fiction novel written by Neal Stephenson who envisioned a world in which an interactive book could help educate and raise a young child. Today, with the popularity of digital books and games on all kinds of devices, it seems fiction has become reality in entertainment and education. For Lydia, the MDM graduate program is the catalyst for delivering creative products that make a positive difference to people and businesses of any shape and size.
