Patrick was a film major at UBC, when he packed up everything to pursue his BAA (Hons.) from Ryerson University's School of Radio and Television Arts – one of the first programs to specialize in digital media. He has a passion for smart design and the new tools that technology gives storytellers. He is constantly looking for intersections between design and technology with special attention to possibilities in animation, fashion, photography, and typography. Throughout his academic career, he has evolved professionally by freelancing for major broadcast design clients such as MTV, Much Music, TVO, and Crush Inc. Patrick hopes his time in the MDM Program will give him a chance to learn more about project management, while developing skills in generative and interactive animation.
