Aashay is an experienced Scrum Master, Project Manager, and UI/UX Designer. He has scrummed for two teams of 5 and 7, being directly in charge of backlog management, facilitating meetings, stakeholder communication as well as taking on design and development tasks. Aashay is equipped with core collaboration and lean development skills such as leading conversations, timeboxing presentations, storyboarding, prototyping, and using agile frameworks/visual models properly.
Formerly a 3D designer with 10+ years of industry experience, Aashay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Animation and Visual effects degree. Since then, over the course of 4 years, Aashay has accumulated a variety of experiences in the fields of UI/UX Design and Product Management. Through direct and indirect interaction with clients belonging to sectors i.e. architecture, studio practice and business; Aashay developed a varied skill set that extends over a multitude of services in Digital Media.
As a graduate student of the MDM program, Aashay is equipped with crucial concepts like Game design, World building, Behavioral Design, Visual Storytelling, Growth Mindset, Abundance Mindset, Entrepreneurship.
