I am an aspiring multi-disciplinary User Experience (UX) Practitioner who is passionately transforming her career from business into design since 2020. My interest in UX Research grows from my fascination with how humans think and behave. I hope to turn my business background and passion into something that has an impact on the real world.
My design philosophy is to find the sweet spot between leveraging users' needs, technology, and business goals via data-driven research and human-centered design. I have worked in eCommerce and accounting professional service industries for over three years and designed thoughtful user experiences in mobile and web apps through a global lens. I bring empathy into my designs to help people achieve their goals more easily.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, a Master’s in Economics from the University of British Columbia ,and pursues further study in UX design from BrainStation. I am currently working to improve my design thinking skills to develop my career in product design.
