Makena Mwenda is a multidisciplinary designer and creative strategist with a proven ability to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. She is both a strategist and a tactician – as comfortable developing a creative brief as she is fulfilling it. She has worked in visual communications within government, nonprofit, and newspaper/magazine settings, and enjoys improving company's graphic design and creative direction by employing her technical experience using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and HTML.
