Ashley is a concept artist and character designer with a BFA degree from the Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
After graduation in May 2013, she took the Business of Art and Design program (MPS) at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) to start her own business. While studying at MICA, she realized the necessity of research and experience in business. Therefore, she took a semester off to travel around the world for three months and then worked as a graphic designer to deepen her understanding of diverse cultures, aesthetic preferences as well as general business systems.
Now, Ashley has joined the MDM program to work with various people from different fields to step up to her career as a designer with creativity in global business and design.
