Bringing family entertainment and video game projects to life as a project manager makes Natalie’s heart happy-dance and her brain zing. With over 10 years of leadership experience working with youth and families in culturally-diverse and digital environments including children’s media research and community initiatives (e.g., multicultural festivals, reading support programs), she has developed exceptional management, intercultural communication, and interpersonal skills.
Natalie’s pursuit of global opportunities capable of shaping her into a well-rounded leader and storyteller has taken her to Orlando as a Walt Disney World Cast Member, and to Stuttgart as a Media Production student. From facilitating engaging Guest experiences and excelling in Cast Member-exclusive leadership courses, to directing and producing short films alongside students from around the world, this international journey has solidified her desire to help media projects blossom.
Currently, Natalie is continuing to refine her project management capabilities through the CDM’s Master of Digital Media program, while drawing from the storytelling, film and marketing specializations she developed through her BA in Creative Industries from Toronto Metropolitan University. At the CDM, completing projects for various media industry clients is helping further shape Natalie into the innovative, collaborative, and empathetic leader she aspires to be.
