ARenamaker

Team ARenamaker is working with Rainmaker Entertainment to build a transmedia mobile augmented reality experience that will allow the fans of a broadcast television series to immerse themselves in the world of the show beyond viewing the episodes. The app will offer users an engaging experience that extends the brand of the series and makes users feel like heroes. We plan to form a detailed documentation of the entire play experience and create a compelling vertical slice of gameplay to go with it, using up and coming technology.

The two key components of this project are: (1) the envisioning of a compelling mobile experience that uses characters, themes, and story from the show in order to further immerse fans in the brand outside of the viewing experience, and (2) the development of a robust technical solution that offers this experience through the use of Augmented Reality location-based technology.
