A bachelor's degree isn't required if you have an equivalent combination of strong professional experience and post-secondary education.
Qualified Applicants Can Receive One of Four $15,000 Scholarships
This scholarship, offered in partnership with DigiBC, champions professionals poised to make an impact in the creative technology industry. DigiBC represents this dynamic sector in British Columbia and the association is focused on ensuring its growth through advocacy, policy engagement, growth programs, talent initiatives, industry events, and member support.
We recognize that not everyone holds a bachelor’s degree, and no one should be eliminated based on that criterion alone. Applicants with strong educational and professional backgrounds—whose academic achievements are complemented by extensive experiential learning in digital media—may be ideal candidates for the MDM. Re-enter the Workforce in 12 Months
The MDM program is designed to be completed in 16 months, with the majority of the program focused on real industry projects. The final 4-month term is a self-directed career exploration term, where you can either return to your current role or find a new job—with support from the Centre for Digital Media community and a dedicated faculty member—that better aligns with your career ambitions.
